5-50 User IT Support Packages

Our support packages start from £15 + VAT per user and include the following levels of support as standard:

• A full network audit to highlight problematic areas and advise on solutions and scope for improvement moving forward

• Unlimited telephone and remote support during the hours of 8am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

• Server maintenance including real-time system monitoring, backup monitoring, proactive and reactive support

• Client machine support and maintenance including desktop and laptop computers, proactive and reactive support

• Network support including printers and mobile devices

• Limited site visits

All of our support packages are bespoke and can be tailored to your specific needs.

Subscription based services such as Office 365, Antivirus subscriptions and cloud backup solutions would be quoted separately but during our initial audit we would be able to highlight the services a client requires.
