How We Work

Our Process

Process & Port Request

Once you proceed with your order, we will process it on our system. If you have an existing number you would like to keep, this step includes submitting the request to port your existing number to your new VoIP Platform.

System Configuration

We will then begin to configure your system to your liking and needs. Applying features of VoIP Telephony that will best enhance your business practices.

Installation & Training

After we have built your VoIP system, we will then arrange a date (Usually the day before your port) to install your system. This can usually be done remotely, though we can come to site if required. Where we can install/setup the devices and provide training.

Port, Go Live & Support

On the day of the port, your new numbers will start ringing the VoIP System. From this point you are live. But fear not, any changes or queries can be answered by speaking to a member of our support team. All support is free throughout your service.
